REFUND POLICY

  1. General Refund Policy

We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all participants at the Agricultural Business and Commerce Development Expo (ABCDExpo). In the event that a refund is requested, the following policies apply:

2. Registration and Ticket Fees

  • Cancellation by Attendee: Requests for refunds of registration and ticket fees must be submitted in writing to [insert email address] at least 30 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Amount: Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:

    • Full Refund: Available for cancellations received 30 days or more before the event.
    • Partial Refund: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received within 15 to 29 days before the event.
    • No Refund: Cancellations received less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Visa Invitation Letter

  • Visa Denial: If a participant’s visa application is denied, they are eligible for a full refund of the registration and ticket fees. To process a refund, an official refund request letter and a copy of the official visa refusal letter from the Canadian embassy or consulate must be provided.

4. Exhibition and Sponsorship Fees

  • Cancellation by Exhibitor/Sponsor: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [insert email address] and received no later than 60 days before the event start date. Cancellations received after this period are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Amount: Refunds for exhibition and sponsorship fees will be processed as follows:

    • Full Refund: Available for cancellations received 60 days or more before the event.
    • Partial Refund: 50% of the exhibition or sponsorship fee will be refunded for cancellations received within 30 to 59 days before the event.
    • No Refund: Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that ABCDExpo is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events, participants will be entitled to a full refund or credit towards a future event, as determined by the event organizers.

6. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request and required documentation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
